We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For the Afari as well as its accessories, Mobella offers a 30-day return policy. To request a return, please email customer service at support@gomobella.com with “Return Request” in the subject line. Please make sure to include your order number in the email.

We are not able to accept returns of products damaged due to negligence or misuse. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or defective or falls withing the terms of our warranty. In those instances, Mobella will refund the shipping cost for ground or economy return shipments. 

30 DAY HOME TRIAL

Satisfaction Guarantee: Try the Afari at your home worry-free for 30 days and receive a full refund* if you choose to return it. 

Delivery and Trial: With Mobella’s white glove delivery service, our team will deliver and fit the Afari to you at your scheduled convenience. The next 30 days are yours to experience the benefits of the Afari and determine if it’s right for you and your unique mobility needs.

We know you’re going to love the Afari but if for some reason it doesn’t work for you, no problem! We are happy to schedule a pickup of your repackaged Afari and refund your order.

Terms and conditions:

  • *$150 processing fee will be charged for restocking.
  • Only first-time purchasers of a single-unit Afari are eligible for Home Trial.
  • Request for return must be placed within 30 days from the day your Afari is delivered.
  • You will be contacted to schedule a pickup and will be provided return shipping labels.
  • You will need to disassemble and repackage your Afari and apply the provided return shipping labels prior to pickup.
  • Your Afari must be received in its original condition, and you are required to return everything you received, including all accessories. Excessive wear and tear will void the Home Trial.
  • Refunds are initiated at the time of return pickup.
  • May not be combined with other promotions or offers.
