Depending upon your location, your Afari will either be personally delivered and fitted to you by one of our team members or you will need to go to a local partner's location for your fitting. Once you place your order, our customer service team will be in touch throughout the process to schedule your delivery date and fitting.

We know you’re going to love the Afari but if for some reason it doesn’t work for you, no problem! We are happy to schedule a pickup of your repackaged Afari and refund your order.

Terms and conditions:

  • *$150 processing fee will be charged for restocking.
  • Only first-time purchasers of a single-unit Afari are eligible for Home Trial.
  • Request for return must be placed within 30 days from the day your Afari is delivered.
  • You will be contacted to schedule a pickup and will be provided return shipping labels.
  • You will need to disassemble and repackage your Afari and apply the provided return shipping labels prior to pickup.
  • Your Afari must be received in its original condition, and you are required to return everything you received, including all accessories. Excessive wear and tear will void the Home Trial.
  • Refunds are initiated at the time of return pickup.
